  • Market research and analysis, search for new opportunities, communication with developers

  • Negotiating contracts with developers and homeowners

  • Sales management to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction

  • Providing comprehensive advice to clients

  • Creating solutions tailored to the client's needs
