We stood by the creation of Unicity Living project, which we have managed for two years since its launch in 2018. The project focuses on modern premium housing and meeting the most demanding needs not only of young people. Now in the Unicity project, we continue to manage our clients' apartments as well as two of the buildings. We are also a part of other projects in Pilsen, Prague, and newly also in Pardubice, Chrudim and Kolín.

We will help you buy a flat, sell a flat or rent (whether you are looking or offering). Our services also include property management – apartment/house management for individual owners and building management for developers or UOAs. Our professional designer is also available to you and will be happy to arrange for you, for example, the design of the kitchen including the realisation or the stylish and practical furnishings of the whole apartment.
