What should you know and who are we looking for?
 

We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for selling apartments from developers

also from individual clients in the Pilsen region.

​

  • at least a year of experience in a similar position, or 2 years in administration

  • communicative level of English condition

  • excellent communication skills, pleasant demeanor and organizational skills, independence

  • user level MS WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint

  • active driver

What will be your task?
 

  • Market research and analysis, finding new opportunities and gaining an overview of development projects

  • Negotiating contracts with developers and apartment owners, responsibility for keeping records and documentation of business cases

  • Sales management to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction

  • Providing comprehensive advice and creating solutions tailored to the needs of the client

  • Cooperation in the organization of marketing and advertising events
